Centurion Identity

Who are you, seated in heavenly places, according to God? And what adventure and vision comes from that place as you love the people you lead?

Centurions are conduits.

The centurion who approached Jesus on behalf of his servant went beyond his own authority and beyond the authority of Rome to seek a solution he was unable to find apart from Jesus. He knew his authority well enough to know its limits, and he understood the dynamics of authority well enough to trust the words he heard from Jesus.

He was a conduit of the Kingdom’s agenda in the life of the man he led.

So are you.

But what do the details look like in your world? How, specifically and individually, are you to relate to Jesus and to the people you lead? Who, exactly, are you in the Kingdom, and what does it look like to live and lead from that place? 

It’ll take about two weeks together, but we can get you to a clear summary where you see and fall in love with the way the light of Heaven reflects off you, and from there we can go anywhere.
